What's for dinner?

I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 301.2. Wow!! being that close to under 300 made me not want to eat today. I bumped it around on the floor and stepped back on it. . . . 303.2, wooho, i get to eat today!! I tried a few more times and 303.2 each time. I told you those scales are broken.

I'm gonna cook dinner tonight but can't decide what to have, I love mexican and i can make taco's at home and eat till i wanna barf and still not overdo it on the calories. But then again i kinda want to have stir fry. Again i know how to make it so i can eat and not feel deprived and still come in under calorie goal. So I'm off to the store to buy all the making for both, what ever i don't have tonight will be perfect to tomorrow.

I know the feeling. My maid moves my scale around (to wash the floor, which is what I pay her for) and then I get all kinds of crazy readings until I can find the exact spot again...

Dinner sounds fab!

i find I really like eating at home (and chose to do so tonight) and i got to eat much more!!

I love having tacos for dinner! I make them with whole-wheat low-carb tortillas and lean ground beef. Yum!

well at least being close to a good number helps you to not eat. some people reward themselves with food, so I think its great that the scale can motivate you. dont you worry about the scale. If its going back and forth for me, I take whatever number showed up more out of 5 times. obsessive, yes. but its my method!

Good for you for eating in. I'm trying to lose weight and motivate myself to stop eating out so much, but it's hard when you don't have a family to cook for (it's just me). Best of luck in your weight loss!
